Project NOVA (Nurturing Opportunity, Vitality, and Affirming care) is NS3’s community support initiative focused on expanding access to care and improving quality of life for underserved LGBTQIA+ community members. By addressing the financial, logistical, and social barriers that often prevent people from accessing care, NOVA provides direct assistance, care navigation, and affirming community support to help individuals obtain essential medications, medical procedures, transportation, and other critical services. Rooted in dignity, compassion, and equity, NOVA ensures community members can access the support they need without shame, stress, or stigma.
